John “Mike” Conde

Troy – John “Mike“ Conde passed away peacefully on November 15, 2022.  Mike was the husband of Nancy Van Amburgh Conde and the son of Bernadine and Clyde Encarnacion.  Growing up in Troy, Mike attended Troy High and continued his education at HVCC.  Mike was employeed at V. M. Choppy & Sons for many years.  Mike enjoyed spending time at camp with his camp friends and his Friday night poker with his buddies Ed, Moose and Dick.

In addition to his parents and wife Nancy with whom he shared 42 years of marriage, Mike was the devoted father of Jason (Jenn) Fribourg, Aimee (Luke) Hakkinen, Sean (Crystal) Conde and Tara Conde; brother of Sherry (Barry) Emerzian, Rick Encarnacion, Vince (Jenn) Encaracion and Sandra (Mike) Schartel. Mike is also survived by nine grandchildren, Anthony, Alexis, Arianna, Madisyn, Brooke, Kamrin, Connor, Jackson and his little buddy Josiah.  Beloved brother in-law of Theresa Jennings and Susan Sandoval and is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends are invited to visit with Mikes family on Sunday, 2-4 p.m. in the Daniel D. Purcell Funeral Home, Troy.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice would be appreciated.
